Who is Eligible?
The CASEGRAVITY warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
What Products Are Covered?
Warranty coverage applies to products purchased:
- Directly from CASEGRAVITY
- Through official online marketplaces
- From authorized offline retail partners
Please Note: The warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents
- Use for purposes other than the product’s intended function
- Unauthorized repairs or improper maintenance
- Counterfeit or non-CASEGRAVITY products
- Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
CASEGRAVITY Lifetime Warranty
We offer a Lifetime Warranty on select CASEGRAVITY products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, such as flaws or imperfections that occur during the production process.
Please note: Accidental drops, incorrect installation, and general wear and tear are not covered under the Lifetime Warranty.
