At CASEGRAVITY, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with premium quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and 7-day replacement policy, subject to the terms and conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
2. Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation are not eligible.
- Customized products are non-returnable unless defective.
3. Replacement Policy
- If the delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Replacement is subject to product availability. If not available, a refund will be issued.
4. Return & Replacement Process
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID, product photos/videos showing the issue, and reason for return/replacement.
- Our team will review and approve your request if it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Ship the product back to the address provided by our team.
- Upon inspection, we will process the replacement or refund.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after product inspection.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- CASEGRAVITY reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
